Joye Law Firm is proud to have been the Start/Finish sponsor of the 2019 See Spot Run 5K Run-Walk in Columbia on Saturday, May 4, 2019. The family and pet-friendly event is a fundraiser to support the work of the Humane Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Joye Law Firm is dedicated to being active in the communities the firm serves and has long been committed to animal-welfare causes. Our attorneys and staff believe that every animal should have food, shelter and proper medical care and no animal should suffer from cruel treatment or neglect.

The Humane Society is a non-profit organization and is the only privately funded animal welfare organization in the Midlands. All the money raised from the See Spot Run 5K Run/Walk event will be used to fight animal cruelty and to help fund the Humane Society’s low-cost Spay/Neuter Clinic to reduce the number of unwanted animals.

The annual See Spot Run 5K is certified by the USA Track and Field Association. The course is laid out to offer a scenic route through the beautiful and historic neighborhoods of Earlewood and Elmwood Parks. Participants in the run and walk can have their dogs accompany them if they wish.

The team at Joye Law Firm has a passion for justice — for South Carolinians who have been injured through others’ negligence and for neglected and stray animals that need shelter and proper care.

Joye Law Firm has been serving South Carolina for more than 50 years. With their extensive legal experience and commitment to justice, the attorneys and staff of Joye Law Firm have had a positive impact on the lives of thousands of people who were struggling to overcome serious injuries.
