Richland County authorities are investigating a horrific accident that claimed the life of an Irmo man. According to reports, the collision occurred around 3am on the morning of January 9, 2022 at Leesburg Road at Newell Road in Richland County. After impact, the victim’s car became engulfed in flames. Tragically, he died at the scene.
