Description of Accident: An 18-year-old died at Trident Medical Center on July 25 due to injuries sustained from a crash at the intersection of Koester Road and Galaxy Road on July 18. The 18-year-old was driving a stolen Ford SUV being pursued by the Summerville Police Department. The SUV veered off the road, hitting a ditch and fence around 3:09 am. The driver was transported to Trident Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
