Q: What is my case worth?

Every case is different. The facts, the clients’ injuries, and the way the clients progress throughout the case are all factors that can affect the outcome. Once a client has been released from the doctor and I have all the medical records, I investigate each facet of the case and look at it from every angle. I gather all the information about the progression of treatment, future prognosis, and investigate the actions of the defendant before I begin to estimate what a case is worth. There is simply too much information in each claim to hazard a guess at the beginning, but I promise to work thoroughly and diligently until I know exactly what we have ahead of us.
