Description of Accident: The Horry County Coroner’s Office had the heartbreaking job of identifying the woman killed in a Myrtle Beach crash. According to reports, the crash occurred in the early morning of March 27 on Highway 17 Bypass and 38th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach. After the crash, the driver of Chevy Tahoe that struck the woman, fled the scene. He was later located in Little River and taken into police custody.
