Description of Accident: Deputies say a confrontation escalated into a tragedy when a driver allegedly ran over two individuals in a parking area before dragging them with his vehicle. The suspect reportedly circled the lot before crashing. One of the victims later died at the hospital. Charges of murder and attempted murder have been filed against the driver.
