Description of Accident: A hit-and-run on N. Sally Hill Road, four miles west of Florence, claimed the life of a 40-year-old minibike driver from Darlington. The vehicles were both traveling north on Sally Hill Road when the incident occurred, just after 8:00 p.m. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the case.
