Description of Accident: A fatal crash occurred Friday evening on North Old Georgetown Road near Kirk Road in Florence County. A southbound 2011 Nissan sedan veered off Old Georgetown Road, striking a tree. The front-seat passenger lost their life, and the driver was hospitalized. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation.
