Description of Accident: A 19-year-old woman from Sunset Beach, North Carolina, lost her life in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 57, as confirmed by the Horry County Coroner’s Office. The incident occurred when a 2005 Nissan Sedan, traveling north, veered off the road, colliding with a ditch and a tree. The victim died at the scene and two other individuals suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital.
