Description of Accident: A Sunday night collision in Goose Creek resulted in the death of a 55-year-old pedestrian. The incident occurred on Red Bank Road near Harbor Lake Drive. A 2009 Acura SUV was traveling north when it struck the woman as she attempted to cross the road heading west. Emergency responders transported the victim to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead in the emergency room. The driver of the Acura was not injured and remained on the scene.
