Wage replacement benefits are based on your weekly average wage before the injury. South Carolina law allows injured workers to receive two-thirds of their average weekly earnings, up to a set maximum.

If you’re out of work due to temporary disability, you may qualify for:

  • Temporary Total Disability (TTD): Full time off work
  • Temporary Partial Disability (TPD): Light duty with reduced pay

These benefits are factored into your total injury settlement.
