Town Rhythms – Southern Drawl Band
A quick look at the city of Clinton’s upcoming events shows that the town is in for a big treat on Thursday, June 9: The Southern Drawl Band will be making an appearance at Clinton’s Town Rhythms event.
The band is comprised of a lead vocalist, fiddlist, drummer, bassist, and guitarist, promising for an interesting and engaging musical presentation. From Knoxville, Tennessee, this band is considered to be “one of the nation’s hottest emerging bands, ranking top among the best live performances to come along in decades.” The have also been awarded Band of the Year in both 2014 and 2015, as well as Entertainer of the Year in 2013.
The rocking country music will get you up out of your seat – just try to resist the urge to dance.
While the band has been passionately touring the United States for years, and plays at some of the top festivals in the country, you can expect Southern Drawl Band at 7:00 P.M. on the evening of the ninth of June in Clinton.
Great for the whole family or a date night out, there’s no reason to not get out of the house for a little country rhythm on Thursday – you’ll be glad that you went!
Town Rhythms – Fantastic Shakers
A listing of city events in Clinton, South Carolina reveals that on Thursday, June 23, the Fantastic Shakers will be making a Clinton appearance.
The Fantastic Shakers is regarded as one of the South’s “finest” show bands, according to their website. They have performed over 6,000 engagements in multiple U.S. states. They have also been named Show Group of the Year twice, three time album of the year, and their lead vocalist has been named vocalist of the year on four separate occasions.
Comprised of five lead vocalists and up to three horns, this dynamic ensemble can perform just about anything an audience wants to hear. When these guys put on a performance, it’s not just a good time; it’s a big party.
Traveling frequently from town to town, you can catch them – as mentioned above – on June 23 in your hometown of Clinton. They will go on stage at 7:00 PM. If you miss the performance, they play two days later – on the 25th of June – at the Wytheville VA-Chautauqua Festival.
