Personal Injury Case Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Case Manager/Paralegal for our personal injury team. Two+ years of legal experience in a South Carolina PI paralegal support role is required. The job will involve the following:
- Providing stellar service to injured clients
- Following up on medical treatment throughout the life of the file
- Organizing and reviewing medical records
- Preparing correspondence and demands
- Preparing settlement documents and disbursement statements.

Medical Records Specialist
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations for records requests
- Participate with other organizations’ records departments
- Assist staff in overseeing effective maintenance of records management systems
- Database Management and Maintenance
- Assure adherence to corporate policies and strategies
- Ensures compliance with business protocol, regulatory and best records management practices requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Past experience in a law firm or record setting a plus
