Description of Accident: An 84-year-old motorcyclist from Rock Hill was killed Wednesday morning in a crash on Mount Gallant Road near Homestead Road. Authorities say the man was riding a 1981 Honda motorcycle when it collided with a 2020 Chrysler van shortly after 11 a.m. The motorcyclist died from his injuries at the scene. This tragic incident marks the sixth motorcycle-related fatality in York County within the past three months.
