Meet Sal Davi

I’m Sal Davi, an attorney at Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers based in our Charleston office. I focus my practice on personal injury law, where I get to help South Carolinians recover after serious injuries disrupt their lives.

I find that people rarely come to us on good days. They’re hurt, facing mounting medical bills, worried about income, and trying to care for their families. My number one goal is to shoulder some of that burden, guiding them through the process and giving them the reassurance and communication they deserve every step of the way.

1000% recommend. I loved this experience from start to finish. Kudos to Matt and Sal; they worked swiftly and efficiently in our case. Didn’t have to chase them down, kept us informed the entire time. They not only take you on as a client, but they care, and when you love what you do, it shows! 10/10 I will definitely acquire them again if need be.

What Inspired You to Become an Attorney

For me, helping people through the hardest moments of their lives has always been deeply important and inspiring. I’ve long been drawn to making a difference for those in need, and becoming an attorney gave me a unique opportunity to stand beside people when they feel powerless and help them level the playing field.

What Is Your Approach to Clients?

I believe in consistent communication and compassion. Whether it’s a quick update or a detailed conversation about next steps, I want my clients to always know what’s happening with their case. Sometimes that might mean holding their hand through the process, either figuratively or literally. I am willing to go the extra mile. My focus is on providing steady reassurance and clear guidance from start to finish. I want my clients to know that I have their backs.

Why Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers?

I wanted to work at a firm where clients aren’t just numbers or files, where their pain and story truly matter. Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers’s commitment to putting people first and fighting for the underdog aligns perfectly with my own values. Here, we measure success not just by settlements, but by the real difference we make in our clients’ lives.

Sal’s Background and Professional Activities

Sal was raised in Richmond, Virginia, and earned his undergraduate degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. While working as a legal assistant at a local law firm, he confirmed his passion for the law and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2020.

Before joining Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers, Sal gained invaluable experience at both a solo practitioner’s office and a major insurance defense firm focusing on a wide array of practice areas including personal injury, premises liability, and dram shop liability litigation. Ultimately, he realized he could make a bigger difference in the world by helping injured individuals, not defending corporations, and proudly joined our North Charleston office. Today, he uses his inside understanding of how defense firms operate to his clients’ advantage. By anticipating the other side’s moves, Sal can build strong cases to help injured South Carolinians receive the maximum compensation they deserve.

In his free time, Sal enjoys spending time with his wife, newborn son, and their rescue dogs, Luna and Luigi.
