2025 Joye Law Firm Scholarship Banquet

Joye Law Firm has awarded scholarships to seven outstanding high school seniors from across South Carolina. This year, six students were selected to receive a $2,000 Joye Law Firm Scholarship to the four-year college or university of their choosing, while one student was selected for a $2,000 scholarship specifically for students attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU).

As part of the recognition, each scholarship recipient nominated a teacher who made a significant impact on their academic journey. These educators were also honored with a $250 award in appreciation for their dedication and support.

We celebrated all 2025 award recipients and their families at a banquet at the historic Francis Marion Hotel in downtown Charleston on June 12.  The event was chaired by Atty. Ken Harrell, Managing Partner, and attended by Joye Law Firm attorneys, team members, and special guests.

Established during the 2005-2006 academic year, our scholarship program is dedicated to encouraging and empowering South Carolina’s most promising students. In that time, we’ve awarded over $300,000 in college scholarships. We are deeply thankful to the recipients, their teachers, and families for their efforts and achievements.

We look forward to launching the next round of our scholarship program in February 2026 and continuing our commitment to educational excellence within our community.

Congratulations to this year’s scholarship winners and their inspiring teachers!
