At Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers, we know that our success comes from the dedication and hard work of our incredible team. Each year, we take time to show our appreciation through Staycation Week – a special tradition where each office hosts fun, food-filled, and relaxing events throughout the week. In 2025, our Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Summerville, and Columbia offices pulled out all the stops to make this year’s Staycation unforgettable.

Charleston and North Charleston

The newest office in Charleston joined up with our Headquarters in North Charleston to celebrate Staycation with a jam-packed week of events. They kicked off Monday with a caffeine boost and sweet treats from Lowcountry Cannoli’s coffee truck and East Bay Deli’s breakfast spread. Tuesday brought out everyone’s competitive side with Mario Kart and finger foods; congratulations to Executive Assistant Lauren, our winner! Wednesday featured a wine tasting and charcuterie from Stems and Skins, while Thursday was full of fun at the Blackjack table, where Attorney Brent bet his way to victory. The week wrapped up with a Friday evening celebration at Commonhouse Aleworks with food and dessert catered by Swig & Swine.

Myrtle Beach

The Myrtle Beach office brought the relaxation and good vibes all week long. Kicking things off Monday with a delicious brunch from Zeytin. Tuesday, the team was treated to rejuvenating massages and facials at the Family Wellness Center. Wednesday turned up the energy with a classic parking lot cook-out hosted by Case Manager Angelia’s husband, Gary Friedhoff, complete with games and plenty of laughs. Thursday offered a chance to unwind with a movie at Cinemark, and Friday closed out the week with a lively PopStroke party full of mini golf, music, and memories.

Summerville

The Summerville team started strong with a brunch from Page’s Okra Grill and a self-service iced coffee bar. Tuesday brought laughter and prizes during The Right Left Game, written by Case Manager Marcy, and food from Marco’s Pizza and Oliver’s Café. Congrats to Case Manager Ashley A for winning The Right Left Game and to Case Manager Matt H. for winning Bingo. Wednesday’s creative side came out with DIY doormats hosted by Rasheedah Designs. Thursday, the office turned into a crime scene for a Murder Myster (whodunit) game Legal Assistant Carolina and Attorney Jeff cracked the case, and Case Manager Nakeia turned out to be the killer! Frose from the Co-Op capped off the week in style.

Columbia and Clinton

Our Columbia and Clinton’s Staycation week was all about self-care and creativity. The team kicked things off Monday with relaxing massages at Hand and Stone,  a much-welcomed treat for busy professionals. Tuesday brought brunch and a fun DIY project with Calvin Ivry Designs. On Wednesday, the team enjoyed DIY facials with expert guidance at The Skinhouse by Beautique Skin Co., followed by even more pampering with manicures and pedicures at EM Nails and Spa on Thursday. The grand finale on Friday featured a private sushi chef experience,  a unique and upscale way to cap off a week.
