Mardi Gras has become a fun annual tradition at Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers, giving our teams across South Carolina an excuse to enjoy some King Cake, celebrate Fat Tuesday, and see who will have the good luck of finding the hidden baby. Each year, our offices get into the Mardi Gras spirit and take a little time out of the workday to celebrate together.

The good times rolled once again in 2026 as our offices continued our annual Mardi Gras tradition with King Cake and the much-anticipated hunt for the hidden baby!

This year’s lucky finders included Toni in our North Charleston office, Javonna in Columbia, and Robert in West Ashley. Finding the baby in a King Cake is traditionally associated with good luck and prosperity, so we hope our winners have plenty of both headed their way this year!

At Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers, we love a good tradition—especially when it involves delicious cake! As we wrap up the pre-Lenten season and step into Mardi Gras, our offices kept the celebration going with King Cake, a sweet way to bring everyone together.

And, of course, we had some lucky baby finders! In North Charleston, Denise and Emilie struck gold (or, rather, plastic). Mark M. in Charleston, Sara S. in Columbia, and Lynette in Summerville also uncovered the tiny token of good fortune. Meanwhile, over in Myrtle Beach, the hunt is still on.

Finding the baby in a King Cake is said to bring good luck and prosperity, and we can’t think of a better way to start this season.

Our 2024 Mardi Gras celebration brought a little taste of New Orleans to Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers! Each office received a King Cake from Gambino’s in New Orleans, and the lucky person who discovered the baby inside received a gift card to a local Creole restaurant.

A huge shoutout went to our Social Committee for putting together another fantastic Fat Tuesday celebration and giving our teams a chance to enjoy some food, fun, and Mardi Gras spirit together.

I can’t say enough good things about this law firm. We have used them before, we have asked for advice when we needed it, they’ve always come through in multiple situations. Our personal attorney is John Aylor, and he is absolutely amazing.

Joye Law firm 2 months after taking my case sent me a letter saying they were canceling my case with them because I wasn't in the car. WHAT??? I was in the drivers seat, I suffered an annular tear, and took almost a year of physical therapy. They didn't even read my case. I guess I wasn't going to bring in enough money for them. I found another Attorney, and after 2 1/2 years settled. I do not recommend or suggest they use Kat and Eliza.

Their nurse is very rude especially to someone else that has medical background don't go through this law firm if you are disabled and you are fully credible trust me several people tried to use them and they are very unprofessional I just had five people confirm without a reasonable doubt my review before I posted the review I instructed the others how to post their review so they ll be posting their review of this law firm as well
