At Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers, professional growth and continued learning are a key part of our firm culture. As part of that commitment, several of our attorneys recently attended the South Carolina Association for Justice’s 48th Annual Advanced Trial Lawyer College – Auto Torts, held at the InterContinental Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.
The multi-day program offered in-depth seminars designed for experienced trial lawyers, providing valuable CLE credits and practical insight into emerging and evolving areas of the law. Topics ranged from traumatic brain injuries in personal injury cases and the growing role of artificial intelligence in the legal field, to ERISA and lien issues, deposing truck drivers, and strategies for maximizing uninsured and underinsured motorist recoveries.
Attorneys from Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers in attendance included Mark Joye, Milt Stratos, John Aylor, Jeff Gerardi, Robert Howell, Sal Davi, Sophie Dieckhaus, Eliza Lynch, and Brent Arant. By investing time in advanced education and skill-building, our attorneys ensure they are prepared to deliver the highest level of advocacy for clients across South Carolina.
Staying informed, sharpening trial strategies, and learning from leaders in the legal community allows us to better serve the people who trust us during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
