At Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers, we know that our team is the heart of everything we do. This year, we are honored to celebrate Alice Jackson as she reaches an incredible milestone—25 years with our firm! Alice has been a shining example of our core values, bringing compassion, dedication, and positivity to her role every single day.

Alice’s Journey at Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers

Before joining Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers, Alice spent eight years in the insurance industry. Driven by a desire to help people, she transitioned to plaintiff’s law and joined our team as a Case Manager, where she quickly made an impact, advocating fiercely for clients. Her passion and leadership led to a promotion as Intake and Referral Manager, a role where she continues to inspire those around her.

A True Embodiment of Joye’s Core Values

Alice’s dedication is evident in everything she does:

  • Compassionate: She fights for clients, especially when they’re being treated unfairly.
  • Brave: She took a leap from insurance to personal injury law and embraced new challenges.
  • Continuous Improvement: Alice is always working to make the intake department even stronger.
  • Respect the Greater Good: She brings positivity, avoids drama, and leads with perseverance and integrity.

Words from Her Team

Alice’s colleagues have nothing but praise for her:
“Working with Alice is an absolute joy. She truly cares about people, values hard work, and always brings compassion and empathy to everything she does.” – Mickey Magaard, Attorney

“Alice goes above and beyond—not just for clients, but for our intake team. She answers phones when we’re short-staffed, helps on weekends, and always finds a way to lift others up. Also, if there’s ever a sweet treat in the office, you can bet Alice will be first in line!” – Ketrell Fereira, Intake Specialist

Thank You, Alice!

To mark this milestone, Alice was gifted a personalized, crystal vase as a memento, a dinner at Hall’s Chophouse Nexton in her honor, and a congratulatory check for $5,000 for her years of outstanding service.

Alice’s passion and dedication have made Joye Law Firm Injury Lawyers a better place for 25 years, and we are beyond grateful to have her on our team. Thank you, Alice, for all that you do—we can’t wait to see what the future holds!
