Description of Accident: Authorities have charged a driver following a crash on Fork Shoals Road that left one person dead and another injured. According to officials, the driver was traveling east when her vehicle collided with a Toyota RAV4. A 31-year-old woman who was an occupant in the Toyota died as a result of her injuries. A second occupant in the Toyota and the driver were transported to a local hospital for treatment. The crash remains under investigation.
