Description of Accident: A driver lost their life in an early morning single car crash on I-26, approximately five miles from St. Matthews, in Calhoun County, South Carolina. The fatal accident took place at 2 am when a Nissan SUV, traveling East, veered off the road, struck the median, and overturned. The driver was ejected from the vehicle. A passenger in the SUV sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital.
