Description of Accident: A 57-year-old man from Johns Island has been identified as the victim of a fatal single-vehicle crash on Bohicket Road. The Charleston County Coroner’s Office stated he passed away at 1:43 p.m. on Saturday at MUSC. Deputies were called to the scene at 1 p.m. and determined that the driver of a Chevrolet sedan veered off the right side of the road, hitting a mailbox and a tree. The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
