Description of Accident: A tragic crash occurred in Pelzer on Sunday around 6:30 p.m., involving two vehicles on Augusta Road near Scott Lane. A southbound vehicle crossed the center line, and collided with a northbound one. The impact lead to the tragic death of 55-year-old from Honea Path. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that the second driver was airlifted to a hospital for treatment.
