Description of Accident: A tragic accident occurred around 4 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Highway 321 and Tylers Landing Road. Reports indicate a car veered off the road and plunged into the South Fork of the Edisto River, three miles south of Norway. South Carolina Highway Patrol reported the vehicle was traveling south on Highway 321 before it left the roadway. The incident remains under investigation by authorities.
