Description of Accident: A 23-year-old man from Batesburg, South Carolina, died in an ATV crash on private property in Aiken County. The incident occurred at around 1:30 p.m. near Holder Road. The driver of a Can-Am BRP side-by-side ATV lost control of the vehicle after hitting a slight embankment, causing it to overturn. The driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Two other occupants in the ATV were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
