Description of Accident: A 59-year-old man was killed while assisting a disabled vehicle along westbound I-26 near mile marker 183. The man was helping with a disabled Honda Odyssey when a large commercial fuel truck left the roadway and struck both the man and the disabled vehicle. The 59-year-old died as a result of the collision.
