Joye Law Firm was honored to attend the Reading Partners Annual Fundraiser, Books and Breakfast: Building Blocks for Literacy, on January 29, 2025, at the North Charleston Marriott. Attorneys Sophie Dieckhaus and Robert Howell, along with staff members Cierra, Nikki, Nakeia, Allie, and Rachel, were proud to attend and show their support for this incredible cause. Case managers, Cierra and Nikki also give back as volunteer tutors, mentoring a first grader and a kindergarten student through the program.
The event featured inspiring speeches from Berkeley County’s Superintendent, school principals, and Reading Partners representatives, all highlighting the impact of literacy programs in local schools. A special performance by St. Stephen Elementary’s Golden Tone Chorus brought the house down, earning a well-deserved standing ovation.
Joye Law Firm is proud to support initiatives that empower young readers and strengthen education in our community. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Reading Partners and making a lasting difference!
