One moment Phillip was in his car after eating lunch at a local diner. The next he was in the hospital unable to breathe on his own after being involved in a violent motor-vehicle collision. As Phillip lay in the hospital in a coma and suffering from numerous bone fractures, his wife hired the Joye Law Firm to represent her and Phillip against the at-fault corporation and its driver.

Because of the likelihood of disappearing witnesses, employees, and evidence, the Joye Law Firm filed a lawsuit in order to protect the rights of Phillip and his family. The lawsuit is ongoing and involves issues related to the corporation’s unsafe hiring, training, and load transport practices. Due to the severity of Phillip’s brain and orthopedic injuries, the expertise of various doctors, including orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, and neuropsychologists, will be utilized by the Joye Law Firm so that a jury will fully understand the problems and battles Phillip will face the rest of his life.
