Description of Accident: A fatal three-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of U.S. 25 (Augusta Road) and West Georgia Road, claiming the life of a Pelzer man. Two SUVs were traveling northbound on U.S. 25 when one changed lanes and collided with the other. Following the initial impact, one SUV ran off the roadway and overturned, while the second crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a southbound vehicle. The driver of the southbound vehicle died at the scene. The driver of the SUV that crossed into oncoming traffic was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
