Description of Accident: A 47-year-old man has died following a workplace incident at ISOFlex Packaging on Sunday afternoon. The accident occurred shortly after 2 p.m. when the man suffered a fall while on the job. Emergency responders transported him to a local hospital in Greenville for treatment, but he later succumbed to his injuries. OSHA is investigating the circumstances surrounding the workplace accident.
