Description of Accident: A 22-year-old woman tragically lost her life in a crash that occurred Thursday in Lexington, South Carolina. The incident took place in the 900 block of South Lake Drive, near Exit 55 off Interstate 20 Westbound. A Toyota Scion was exiting I-20 West when it reportedly crossed multiple lanes of traffic upon reaching South Lake Drive. The Scion was then struck by an outbound Acura traveling on South Lake Drive. The 22-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the Acura, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the collision are currently under investigation by local authorities.
