Christopher J. McCool, a native of Huntsville, Alabama, attended the University of Kansas on a swimming scholarship. After graduation in 1987, he attended Washington and Lee University School of Law, from which he received his law degree in 1991.
Following law school, Mr. McCool practiced corporate defense law with Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough, a preeminent southeastern regional law firm based in South Carolina. Since he joined the Joye Law Firm in 1997, he has focused his practice on representing individuals harmed by defective products and in personal injury and antitrust cases.
