16-year-old dies in Charleston ATV accident

A 16-year-old driving a four-wheeler was killed on James Island in Charleston.
According to Live5News.com, the Charleston teen crashed into another vehicle on Greenhill Road in Charleston. The 16-year-old died a few hours later.
The reports recommends that parents enforce safety rules and encourage teens to follow Charleston laws.
