Man charged for South Carolina drunk driving accident

Charlotte Observer reported a 26-year-old woman was killed as a result of a South Carolina drunk driving accident early Sunday morning.

The woman was a passenger in a car driven by a 37-year-old man who was driving under the influence of alcohol. He lost control of the car and caused the South Carolina drunk driving accident.

The car went off the road and overturned into a creek in the South Carolina drunk driving accident. The man was able to get out of the car and did not suffer many injuries.

The woman needed to removed from the vehicle by emergency personnel and then was taken to Gaston Memorial Hospital where she later died.

Police charged the man with causing the South Carolina drunk driving accident, but did not arrest him and place him in jail.

Two parasailers killed in South Carolina boat accident

The Sun News reported two women were killed in a South Carolina boat accident on Friday afternoon.

The South Carolina boat accident victims were parasailing off of Ocean Isle Beach when the rope connecting their parasail separated from the boat.

Rescuers fought against high wind and strong waves while trying to rescue the two women who were involved in the South Carolina boating accident. Both women were unconscious when they were finally pulled out of the water.

The Coast Guard stated drug and alcohol tests were taken on the crew members of the boat involved in the South Carolina boat accident.
