Mother filed South Carolina wrongful death lawsuit

According to The Island Packet, the mother of a 17-year-old boy filed a South Carolina wrongful death lawsuit against Beaufort County.

The boy was killed as a result of head injuries suffered in an auto accident in May 2008 when he was hit by a man who was driving under the influence of alcohol. The mother filed the South Carolina wrongful death suit for allegations that occurred as the boy died two days after the accident.

In the South Carolina wrongful death lawsuit, the mother claims the paramedics took her son to a hospital that was unequipped to handle and treat her son for the head injuries he suffered.

Many homes affected by South Carolina fire accident

According to Sun News, an out-of-control fire was burning in a South Carolina fire accident and destroyed one house.

A large wood fire near S.C. 90 started due to an unknown reason burned about 150 acres.

Many homes were threatened as a result of the South Caroline fire accident and many people are being forced to leave their homes.

Animal Control was called to rescue some horses that were at some horse stables located near the South Carolina fire accident, but there are no reports of any South Carolina fire and burn injuries.
